Landmark Rabbit Control had an urgent request from a large 13th Century Castle, now a very popular and highly visited National Heritage site.
The castle grounds, moat and adjoining golf course were suffering with the considerable rabbit damage and it was paramount that we commenced work straight away.
The clients emphasized the importance of care that should be taken for the removal of the rabbits due to the architectural and popular visitor attraction.
Having consulted with the client and the urgent need for results following a large increase in rabbit numbers in the Spring it was decided that the most viable and effective method was with ferrets and long nets. Following a fortnights work the rabbit population was irradiated however the clients had instructed us with regular visits to stop any rabbits moving back into the area.
